As a Partner and Managing Director at our firm, Mr Mohammed Mokaddem Hossen brings valuable expertise as a CEO & Owner of Shifat Swing last 15 years, having completed his BBA and MBA from the National University. With around Fifteen years of experience, he has effectively managed operation, Administration and compliances for several national Garments Industries. His practical insights and skillful guidance have been instrumental in crafting strong operational plans, supporting business growth, and navigating challenges with ease.

Mohammad Shahidul Islam

Managing Partner & COO

As the Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer of our organization, Mr. Shahid brings a wealth of experience from his role as COO at NH Global Study and NH Aviation, where he has served for the past five years. He holds a BBA and MBA from a renowned university in Bangladesh and has earned several professional certifications, including Tourism Management from National Tourism Organization-Bangladesh, Canada Course Graduate Certification (CCG #2539), UK Agent and Counsellor certification from the British Council (Certificate Code #50727), and certification as a Manager by the Travel Industry Council of Ontario, Canada.

Mr. Shahid’s extensive background spans approximately 13 years in the aviation industry and global student recruitment, focusing on the markets of Bangladesh and Canada. He has successfully managed operations, administration, and compliance for multiple national and international organizations. Now permanently based in Canada, he oversees our USA and Canada offices, as well as global communications and student recruitment efforts. His practical insights and strategic leadership have been pivotal in developing robust operational plans, driving business growth, and addressing challenges effectively.

Sabiha Sultana

Head of Business & CSO

As a head of business and CSO at our firm, Ms Sabiha Sultana brings valuable expertise as a Business Development, she has completed her MBA from Chittagong Government College and BBA from Mostafa Hakim University College. She is multidisciplinary policy and strategy maker, aligning with administration and business growth and also knowledge of product value. She has expertise in communication, public relations problem solving partnerships digital and has been leading multidisciplinary terms of creative professionals.

She worked with multiple travel agencies and also as a solo traveller for 9 years also as a presenter modeling photographs for two years in finance strategy team. she is an event planner part visionary part storyteller. She designs experience that speak to the soul. More than just organizing events, she crafts moment that live on long after the last guest departs and also worked with laser treat in sales effective and customer relationship management team with her dedicated role and experiences, she practical insights and skillful guidance have been instrumental in crafting strong operational plans, supporting business growth, and navigating challenges with ease.
